Welcome to Euro Mobile ATX (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.EuroMobileATX.com (the “Website”) and any mobile repair or diagnostic services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Website or scheduling service with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before submitting a service request.


2. Services Provided

Euro Mobile ATX provides mobile repair, diagnostic, and maintenance services for European luxury vehicles in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas.
All services are performed by qualified technicians equipped with professional tools and diagnostic equipment.


3. Booking and Estimates

  • Customers may request service through the contact form on our Website.
  • Once a request is received, we will contact you to confirm details, provide an estimate, and, if approved, send a digital liability waiver and invoice for payment.
  • Estimates are not final quotes and may change based on diagnostic findings or unforeseen issues during the service.

4. Liability Waiver & Authorization

Before any work begins, customers must electronically sign a liability waiver authorizing us to perform the service.
By signing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are the legal owner or authorized representative of the vehicle.
  • You understand that repair work may involve disassembly and that additional issues may be discovered.
  • You release Euro Mobile ATX, its owners, and technicians from liability for pre-existing conditions, future failures unrelated to the repair, or damage caused by pre-existing mechanical/electrical issues.
  • You grant permission for test driving and diagnostic procedures necessary to verify repairs.

No service will be performed until the waiver is signed and the initial payment is received.


5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are securely processed through Square after you receive and approve the invoice.
  • Services are billed in 1–2 hour labor blocks, depending on the job type.
  • Payment must be received before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Parts must be paid in full before ordering.
  • All sales and payments are final once work has commenced.

If additional repairs are recommended during service, we will notify you before performing any extra work. You may approve or decline additional services.


6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a $50 service call fee.
  • Severe weather, safety hazards, or uncontrollable events may cause rescheduling at our discretion.

7. Warranties and Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship.

  • Labor Warranty: We will correct any issues proven to result directly from our workmanship within 30 days of the completed repair.
  • Parts Warranty: Manufacturer or supplier warranties apply only if parts were sourced and installed by Euro Mobile ATX.
  • No Warranty is offered on customer-supplied parts, electronic components, or diagnostic-only services.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

  • Euro Mobile ATX is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of income, use, or data.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by existing mechanical defects, corrosion, aftermarket modifications, or prior repairs by third parties.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.

9. Mobile Service Conditions

  • The vehicle must be parked in a safe, level, and accessible area suitable for repair.
  • The customer is responsible for providing access to the vehicle and ensuring that the work area complies with local ordinances or property regulations.
  • Euro Mobile ATX reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

10. Communication

By submitting your information through our contact form, you consent to be contacted via phone, text, or email regarding your service request, estimate, or payment.
We will not sell or share your contact information with third parties.


11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  • Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution first.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and resolved in Travis County, Texas.
  • You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or applicable laws. The most current version will always be available on this page.
